Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post SC. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien post operasi section caesare di Rumah Sakit Swasta Bekasi Timur, yang dilaksanankan pada bulan Agustus 2017 sampai bulan Januari 2018. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dengan total sampling method. Pengukuran intensitas nyeri menggunakan skala wajah Wong & Barker, instrument mobilisasi dini menggunakan lembar observasi, analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Nilai intensitas nyeri sebelum mobilisasi dini hari pertama 8.12, setelah mobilisasi 7.32, hari kedua sebelum mobilisasi bernilai 5.95 dan sesudah mobilisasi 4.12, hari ketiga sebelum mobilisasi bernilai 3.42 dan sesudah mobilisasi 1.42. Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai Z score hari pertama -2.898 dengan p.value 0.004, nilai Z score hari kedua -2.898 dengan p.value 0.004, nilai Z score hari ketiga -5.329 dengan p.value 0.000. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post SC di RS.swasta bekasi timur, sehingga mobilisasi dini efektif digunakan menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada ibu post SC. The subjects of this research were postoperative section caesare patients at Bekasi Timur Private Hospital, which was carried out in August 2017 until January 2018. The sample of this research was 40 respondents with total sampling method. Measurement of pain intensity using Wong & Barker face scale, early mobilization instrument using observation sheet, data analysis using Wilcoxon test. The value of pain intensity prior to early morning mobilization was 8.12, after mobilization of 7.32, the second day before mobilization was 5.95 and after mobilization 4.12, the third day before mobilization was 3.42 and after mobilization 1.42. The result of statistic test is Z score of first day -2.898 with p.value 0.004, Z score second day -2.898 with p.value 0.004, Z score day third day -5.329 with p.value 0.000. This research concluded that there were differences in pain intensity before and after early mobilization of post-SC mothers at Bekasi Timur Private Hospital, so early mobilization is effective used to reduce pain intensity for post-SC mothers.
