Abstract

Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Tingkat Keberhasilan Perawat Dalam Pemasangan Infus Pada Anak Usia Toddler Di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit X Bekasi X + 51 Halaman, 10 Tabel, 1 Bagan, 7 Lampiran ABSTRAK Ketika anak dirawat di rumah sakit, prosedur yang pasti dilakukan adalah pemasangan infus. Keberhasilan pemasangan infus pada anak toddler di ruang poliklinik berhubungan dengan faktor internal perawat, antar lain ( tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, komunikasi terapeutik dan perilaku caring) selain faktor dari pasien itu sendiri. Tujuan Penelitian: mengetahui faktorfaktor yang berhubungan (tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, komunikasi terapeutik, perilaku caring) dengan tingkat keberhasilan perawat dalam pemasangan infus pada anak usia toddler. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,660 untuk tingkat pendidikan, p = 0,670 untuk masa kerja, p = 0,376 untuk komunikasi terapeutik dan p = 0,248 untuk perilaku caring perawat. Kesimpulan: tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, komunikasi terapeutik dan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat keberhasilan perawat dalam pemasangan infus pada anak usia toddler di poliklinik Rumah Sakit X Bekasi. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, faktor internal perawat yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu keberhasilan pemasangan infus pada anak toddler, frekuensi perawat itu mendapat kesempatan dalam melakukan pemasangan infus pada anak. The success of the infusion installation for a toddler in the polyclinic is related to internal factors of the nurse (the level of education, working period, therapeutic communication, and caring behavior), besides factors of the patient itself. Research Objective: to know the related factors (the level of education, working period, therapeutic communication, and caring behavior) with the success rate of the nurse on the infusion installation for a toddler. The design of study uses the descriptive correlational with the cross-sectional approach and the purposive sampling technique. The data collection practices questionnaires and observation sheets. The result of study using the chi-square test has obtained value = 0.660 for the level of education, value = 0.670 for working period, value = 0.376 for therapeutic communication, and value = 0.248 for caring behavior of the nurse. Conclusion: there is no correlation among the level of educational, working period, therapeutic communication, and caring behavior with the success rate of the nurse in the infusion installation for a toddler in the polyclinic of Hospital X, Bekasi. For a further research, internal factors of the nurse to note that is the success of the infusion installation for children, the frequency of the nurse who has a chance in doing the infusion installation for children.
